We only accept an order cancellation before the product is shipped out.
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of receiving their item(s).
To be eligible for a full return, the item(s) must be in the same condition and in the original packaging that it is received in.
In case of a need to return, please leave us a message at Customer Service specifically stating the issue(s) experienced using the item(s).
Our Customer Service team will follow up with a return label to ship the product back to Amazon's fulfillment center.
After arrival of the item(s) at the fulfillment center, Amazon will assess the condition the product and according to the assesment, the case will be resolved in a full refund, discount coupon, reshipment of product or decline of return.
After the assessment, a notification email will be sent to the e-mail address used to register the EZRUN account with.
Please do NOT send item(s) back to the manufacturer nor send item(s) back to Amazon's fulfillment center without a shipping label provided by our Customer Service team.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Once your returned item(s) is/are received and assessed, a notification email will be sent to the email address used to register the EZRUN account.
After which, when elligible, the refund will be processed and credit automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 - 5 business days.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
In case of a delayed or missing refund, please contact the payment provider company of the payment method used for the purchase. It may take longer for payment providers to process the refund.
